Logging in and general overview

Welcome to our documentation for our new PostPlus Extranet.

Extranet is a tool for Clients to:

upload their standard mail manifests (MS Excel, CSV, or manual data input);
view uploaded manifest`s data.

Our new extranet is accessible at:

Production environment: https://extranet.post-plus.io/
Test environment: https://extranet.test.post-plus.io/

Test credentials:

user: apitest@post-plus.net
password: apitest1234567890

Login credentials shall be requested from the Post+ account manager. Email, first name, and last name are needed for setting up a user in the Post+ platform, when that step is done, customers can use the "Forgot your password?" button after clicking on "Login" and configure their own password:

Once signed in, the customer can select an account, if multiple are applicable. If only one account applies, it's automatically selected.

The left side of the page contains a sidebar menu with different options:
Shipments - Different shipment records are visible here in this tab. Opening one will display more detailed information and it's possible to find all data up to the lowest level - items inside the parcels.

Parcels - All parcel information, even parcels without shipments (with status "created").

Tracking - All information related to tracking, includes possibility to export tracking information to excel file.

Reports - stay tuned, coming soon!

Account - Info related to the organization account, including addresses and other users connected to the specific account.
